People have always learned in classrooms. It is a familiar place where people come together to share ideas, discuss topics and expand their minds. Traditionally a live classroom was just that… LIVE. Why not take the same principles of the classroom and bring them to the student wherever they are.

Summary:
This highly engaging design allows the learner to blossom. By replicating the most effective approaches of the “Live” training environment, learners are extremely active and drive most of the content for the day. Breakout sessions can allow for smaller groups of learners to cover a variety of topics that relate to a central theme. Some examples of this include SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, and Roleplay/feedback sessions. These types of sessions can help you with new hire training through advanced skills training.
