Overview:
Evaluating employee’s knowledge and skill sets can be an enormous task. Often times this can be overlooked based on cost, priority and turnover. We are here to help! Creating solutions that assist customers in tailoring certification programs to meet their need is something that we do best.

- Live roleplay and feedback sessions
- Recommended for groups of 15 participants or less
- Can be structured as “time slots” where one on one evaluations are conducted
- Highly interactive multi-person engagement via audio and video use
Summary:
This design allows for one on one evaluation. Here we are helping customers create more of a private evaluation based approach that can help identify skill gaps. Breakout sessions can allow for smaller groups of learners to cover a variety of topics that relate to a central theme. Some examples of this include SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, and Roleplay/feedback sessions. These types of sessions can help you with new hire training through advanced skills training.
